Infertility Treatment
Natural Cycle Of IVF
Our Natural Cycle and trademarked Mini-IVF™ protocols offer a safe and effective alternative to conventional fertility treatments, with reduced health risks. Instead of stimulating ovaries to produce multiple eggs, Natural Cycle IVF aims to harvest the one egg naturally released by your body each month during your menstrual cycle. This single egg typically boasts superior quality, maximizing your chances of pregnancy.
Natural Cycle IVF is particularly beneficial for women seeking minimal drug intervention, older women, or those unlikely to produce multiple eggs even with IVF medications. By bypassing the need for extensive drug regimens, Natural Cycle IVF enables these women to avoid associated health risks, high medication costs, and the discomfort of daily injections.
Furthermore, many women in these categories may face rejection from traditional IVF clinics due to insufficient egg production. As part of Kulki IVF Fertility & ART Center’s comprehensive range of fertility treatments, Natural Cycle IVF aligns with our commitment to our "One Good Egg" policy, ensuring every woman has access to suitable fertility solutions.
Mini IVF
Minimal Stimulation In Vitro Fertilization Mini-IVF
Our trademarked Mini-IVF treatment represents a minimal stimulation in vitro fertilization protocol, endorsed by SART for reasons we've advocated for years. Similar to our Natural Cycle IVF, it embodies a holistic approach to fertility care, offering a gentle alternative to Conventional IVF. Unlike Natural Cycle IVF, Mini-IVF employs a minimal amount of oral medication to stimulate ovaries, maximizing the production of "quality" eggs in a single cycle.
For optimal development of a healthy baby, 3-5 high-quality eggs suffice. When more aggressive IVF drug treatments are utilized, such as with conventional IVF, although more eggs are produced, those exceeding 3-5 are typically not viable and may be discarded or result in a later natural miscarriage.
In general, Mini-IVF medication involves daily consumption of one Clomid pill, one to three injections of Menopur, and a simple nasal spray of Synarel or an equivalent medicine administered 36 hours before egg retrieval. Synarel eliminates the need for repeated progesterone injections typically used post-transfer in conventional IVF. However, treatment is customized to each patient, hence protocols may vary.
Mini-IVF minimizes the use of chemicals and drugs in fertility treatment, potentially increasing pregnancy chances and providing surplus embryos for freezing.
Mini-IVF may suit those seeking to reduce health risks and discomfort from ovarian hyper-stimulation (OHSS), eliminate daily drug injections (20-60 per cycle), cut costs associated with conventional IVF drugs, bypass the wait time between cycles, and mitigate potential risks of ovarian and endometrial cancer from prolonged high-dose IVF drug use.
At Kalki IVF Fertility & ART Center, we advocate a single-embryo strategy (unless patient requests differ) to mitigate health risks of multiple pregnancies. Our Mini-IVF boasts competitive pregnancy success rates compared to conventional IVF, with an average transfer of 1.1 embryos per cycle, compared to 2-3 in conventional IVF.
Our clinic is globally recognized for pioneering Mini-IVF, and we're in the process of publishing a comparison paper between minimal stimulation and conventional IVF, building upon prior publications highlighting minimal stimulation advantages.
